Val was born and raised in San Diego which allows her to share all aspects of real estate in this beautiful city. Val comes from a family with a real estate background and has been working with Joe Garzanelli for the past ten years. Her two kids, Scarlett and Robert, are the heart of everything she does. Her clients are well taken care of throughout each and every transaction. She is diligent about staying in contact with everyone she does business with and keeping up with real estate laws and changes. She believes teamwork is significantly rewarding for everyone involved and has worked with the same team of professionals for several years. She believes that sharing the same values is a must in order to give her clients the service they deserve.
Andrea has an extensive background in the Information Technology field. She has implemented various new technologies to help us work more efficiently including contact database management, implementing business solutions & upgrades, leveraging current technology such as cloud storage and google business apps. Additionally she manages our marketing initiatives including targeted direct mail, email marketing and social media. She utilizes creative tactics in social media marketing to increase exposure to your home and target specific audiences. She consistently updates her job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Andrea obtained her real estate license in January 2015 and is enjoying learning all aspects of the business.
